This challenge was super fun to do. We all need therapy...I mean admit it! It may not be Dr.Phil therapy but we all have a little in our life. I prefer the shopping kind or the creating kind but we all have different views on what helps us let go of the bad and usher in the good. Now is your chance to share what it is YOU do to de-stress. Do you shop till you drop? Make a ton of creations till your fingers bleed? Maybe you like to read or sit quietly and meditate. Whatever it is we want to see it on a page. The second part of this challenge is to use paint. Let out that aggression and splat some here or there, fling it everywhere. We don't care! Just create.
